If you are new to IT support, start with Help Desk Foundations or the Weekend Bootcamp sampler. Technical Support Specialist Core assumes familiarity with ticketing basics.
Schedule
One transfer per enrollment is allowed if seats are available and you request at least 10 days before the new cohort starts.
Pricing
Listed JPY amounts are informational. Invoices include any applicable tax. Installment totals equal the listed full price—no hidden fees.
Outcomes
No. We provide interview prep and portfolio feedback. Hiring depends on your effort, experience, and market conditions—we state this clearly in our Core track FAQ.
Technical
A laptop with admin rights for lab VMs, stable internet, and headphones for remote sessions. Mobile-only participation is not supported for labs.
