1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing focussystem.digital and enrolling in programs operated by Focussystem, you agree to these General Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services or submit enrollment requests.

2. Services Description

Focussystem provides IT training courses, workshops, and advisory sessions focused on technical support specialist skills. Course descriptions on this site are informational. Delivery format, schedules, and materials may be updated with reasonable notice to enrolled participants.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate registration information, respect intellectual property in course materials, and refrain from recording or redistributing content without written permission. You are responsible for maintaining equipment and connectivity required for participation.

4. Intellectual Property

All curricula, templates, labs, and branding remain the property of Focussystem or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use materials for personal learning during enrollment. Portfolio artifacts you create from your own work remain yours; underlying templates do not.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law in Japan, Focussystem is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or courses. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid for the specific course giving rise to the claim in the twelve months preceding the event.

6. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts of Osaka, Japan, unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.

7. Termination

We may suspend access for violations of these terms or disruptive behavior in cohorts. You may withdraw from a course subject to the Refund & Cancellation policy. Provisions on intellectual property, liability limits, and governing law survive termination.

8. Modifications

We may update these terms with a revised “last updated” date. Material changes affecting enrolled participants will be communicated by email when practicable. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of non-material updates.
